TulgatYurts is a Mongolian-based handcrafted yurt manufacturer specializing in authentic Mongolian traditional yurts and related cultural products. All items are made to order and may vary slightly from photos due to natural materials and craftsmanship.
Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability of materials.

Payments are securely processed through our integrated payment partners (e.g., PayPal, Wix Payments, or others, depending on your region).
Production and Customization

All yurts are made to order. Standard yurts (4–6 khanat) are generally completed within 7 working days, while larger or custom yurts may require more time.

As each product is handcrafted, minor variations in color, pattern, and structure are natural and reflect the authenticity of our work.

Customers requesting custom features (paintings, decorations, or specific measurements) must confirm details before production begins.
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. TulgatYurts is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

In the rare event of damage during transport, please contact us immediately. We offer repair assistance, and replacement parts are available at a discounted rate.
Returns and Refunds

As every yurt is custom-made, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges once production has started.

Refunds are available only for defective or incorrect products, subject to review and approval by our team.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
